George Edward Gipson appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the District of Minnesota upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Gipson was sentenced to 78 months imprisonment on each count, to be served concurrently, and three years of supervised release. In addition, he was ordered to pay $24,551 in restitution...
