Upon denial of their motions to dismiss for improper venue, appellants, Fritsch and Henry, brought an original action in the Court of Appeals seeking to prohibit the Floyd Circuit Court from proceeding with appellee's, Stumbo's, separate suit against them.1 The Court of Appeals denied relief and appellants appealed to this Court as a matter of right.2 We affirm...
