[¶ 1] Richard Loya sued his employer, Wyoming Partners of Jackson Hole, Inc. (Wyoming Partners), and Gary Schuler and Elizabeth Schuler (Schuler), for breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promissory estoppel.
