These appeals involve the Recreational Property Act, OCGA § 51-3-20 et seq. (RPA), which is being raised as a defense by the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) in the suit brought by plaintiffs for wrongful death and personal injuries arising out of the bombing in Centennial Olympic Park during the 1996 Olympic Games.
