REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

LEMMON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Terri Jones, an African-American, has sued defendant Continental Cuisine, Inc., alleging that Continental violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by creating a hostile work environment by use of a racial slur and by firing her because of her race. The non-jury case was tried on June 28, 2004.
