This is an appeal from the Office of Workers' Compensation Administration, District 5, brought by the employer-appellant, Barber Brothers Contracting Company, LLC (Barber Brothers), challenging the judgment of the workers' compensation judge in favor of the claimant-appellee, Robert W. Reilly. We affirm.
