Dr. James J. Nora, Sr., appeals from an order the district court2 entered pursuant to the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1051-1128, enjoining him from using the Mid-List Press (MLP) trade name to market his book of poetry, Songs from a Brazen Bull. We affirm.
