Steven Turbeville was convicted of two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of pointing a gun or pistol at another by a Barrow County jury. Turbeville was sentenced to ten years on each count of aggravated assault, the second to run concurrent with the first, and twelve months on each count of pointing a gun at another, the second to run concurrent with the first. Turbeville's entire sentence was probated and he was ordered to pay an $8,000 fine...
