Per Curiam.

The petitioner served the respondent with a petition dated April 11, 2002, containing 11 charges of professional misconduct. After a preliminary conference on May 22, 2002, and hearings conducted on June 20, June 27, July 8, July 15, August 6, September 12, September 20, and October 29, 2002, the Special Referee sustained all 11 charges.
