In this workers' compensation case, plaintiff, Samuel Lee Albert, appeals a judgment from the Office of Workers' Compensation, District 1W granting a motion for summary judgment against him and in the favor of the defendant, Trans-Met, Inc., dismissing his claim for medical and disability benefits. For the following reasons, we affirm.
