The Baby's Room (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Ryan Stairs (Claimant) workers' compensation benefits because he was in the course and scope of his employment at the time he was injured.
