Illinois Masonic Medical Center, case No. 1-02-1135 (06/30/03). The appellate court is directed to reconsider the issue of plaintiffs' motion to voluntarily dismiss in light of Randell L.D. Smith v. Central Illinois Regional Airport, 207 Ill.2d 578
