The issue in this case is whether, under CPL 330.20, the Supreme Court has the authority to extend an order of conditions after its expiration (see CPL 330.20 [1] [o]). We conclude that it does, in agreement with the decision of the Appellate Division, First Department, in Matter of Stone (294 A.D.2d 59 [2002]).
