[¶ 1] Ultra Resources, Inc. ("Ultra") appeals a district court order confirming an arbitration award. The district court confirmed the arbitration award ruling the parties had agreed, in a settlement agreement, that the outcome of the arbitration proceeding would be binding and non-appealable.
