William Simpson asks this court's permission to file a second or successive collateral attack under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. He proposes attacking his conviction under Blakely v. Washington, ___ U.S. ___, 124 S.Ct. 2531, 159 L.Ed.2d 403 (2004). For the reasons that follow, we dismiss Simpson's application without prejudice to renewing his request should the Supreme Court make the rule announced in Blakely applicable...
