Heriberto Berrocal and Rafael Castillo appeal the summary dismissal of their claim for unpaid wages under the Minimum Wage Act (MWA), chapter 49.46 RCW. They contend the court erroneously concluded they were excluded from the MWA's requirements because they slept and lived full time at the ranch where they worked as sheepherders. We reverse and remand for trial.
