In a jury trial, Wangavu McCray was convicted of trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. For sentencing purposes, the trial court merged the possession count with the trafficking conviction. After the trial court denied McCray's amended motion for new trial, this appeal followed. McCray contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence of cocaine, and he contests the sufficiency...
