357 Ark. 224

Greg HUNT v. Nancy PERRY.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

April 29, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Joel W. Price, Fort Smith, for appellant.

Peel Law Firm, P.A., by: John R. Peel and Jennifer L. Modersohn, Russellville, for appellee.

ROBERT L. BROWN, Justice.

This is a second and subsequent appeal of a case involving grandparent visitation ordered in favor of appellee Nancy Perry, as the maternal grandmother of two grandchildren, Ali and Seth. In the first Hunt decision, we held that appellant Greg Hunt's claim that the Arkansas Grandparent Visitation Act was unconstitutional was barred by the doctrine of res judicata. See Hunt v. Perry, 355 Ark. 303
