The defendant-appellant Frances E. Viglielmo appeals from the judgment and sentence of the district court of the first circuit, the Honorable Barbara P. Richardson presiding, filed on October 9, 2003,1 convicting her of and sentencing her for the offense of trespass in the second degree, in violation of Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS) § 708-814(1)(b) (1993 & Supp.2003).2
