The prosecutor appeals by leave of this Court from the judgment of sentence entered following defendant's no-contest plea to possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); delivery of less than 50 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); and resisting and obstructing a police officer, MCL 750.479(b). Defendant was sentenced as an habitual offender, second offense, MCL 769.10, to 17 to 360 months of incarceration...
