Appellant Bobby J. Cate appeals his conviction of aggravated sexual assault by contending in four issues 1) he received ineffective assistance of counsel, 2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict that he was the person who committed the crime, 3) the trial court erred in admitting evidence of extraneous offenses at the punishment phase, and 4) the trial court erred in failing to charge the jury...
