MALONE, J.

Dana Mansaw appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine. Mansaw claims that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence. The evidence was seized incident to Mansaw's arrest on a parole warrant which was later determined to be invalid. Mansaw also claims that the stipulated evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction.
