Daniel R. Brodigan was convicted of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated in 2003.1 Because Brodigan had six prior convictions for this offense, he faced a mandatory minimum sentence of 360 days' imprisonment under AS 28.35.030(b)(1)(F).
