The central question presented by this appeal is whether the Washington constitutional grant of original jurisdiction to the superior courts includes original jurisdiction of antiharassment proceedings (chapter 10.14 RCW). We conclude that it does. Although RCW 10.14.150 gives the district courts jurisdiction to consider antiharassment petitions, we conclude that this jurisdiction is not exclusive.
