PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Harold Singleton, filed this petition for a writ of habeas corpus requesting that we lower the amount of his cash bail, set at $150,000. In January 1999, Singleton was indicted for theft of property in the first degree, for receiving stolen property, and for obscuring the identity of a vehicle. The grand jury fixed bail at $10,000.
