¶ 1 On April 11, 2001, Anthony Williams had his license suspended for one year and was incarcerated for 48 hours for driving under the influence (DUI), 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3731. On October 11, 2002, Williams was convicted for driving under suspension2 after an officer cited him for running a stop sign.
