Felix Ernesto Sosa appeals the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, seeking relief from his 1990 conviction for conspiracy to deliver over 650 grams of cocaine. Mr. Sosa argues that he was denied due process because the police entrapped him by pressuring his co-conspirator and prolonging the drug sting in order to bring the amount of cocaine sold to more than 650 grams, so that the offense would carry a mandatory sentence of life...
