Randall Corbett and Heather Smith have been indicted with second degree murder of Marsha A. Fisher, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1(A)(3), and with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance, 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA/Ecstasy), a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A)(1).
