This is a direct appeal from a bench trial involving judicial construction of a general durable power of attorney. Appellee, Frank Marroquin, independent executor of the Estate of Enriqueta Marroquin, sued appellants, Juanita Musquiz and her husband, Juan Musquiz, III, and their daughter, Sylvia Becerra, in the 148th District Court of Nueces County for breach of fiduciary duty and trespass to try title.
