In these consolidated appeals, appellants challenge the district court's confirmation of an arbitration award and argue that (1) the district court lacked jurisdiction to hear the motion to confirm the award; (2) the district court erred by concluding that the arbitration agreement was ambiguous; and (3) the district court erred by finding that the arbitration agreement allowed respondent to pursue a claim for underinsured-motorist...
