Following a remand from State v. Goldberg, 149 Wn.2d 888, 72 P.3d 1083 (2003), the trial court resentenced Morris H. Goldberg to 320 months, a maximum standard range sentence based upon his first degree murder conviction. He now contends in a unique argument that he was denied effective assistance of counsel at the resentencing because his attorney failed to object to the deputy prosecutor's argument to the court...
