Indo-European Foods, Inc., a California corporation ("Indo-California"), sued Indo European Foods, Inc., a Texas corporation, Shoukry Qaddura, and Issam Qaddura (collectively "Indo-Texas"), and Jamal Qaddura for breach of a settlement agreement.
