In this C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4) action, plaintiff, Jing Hong Huang, appeals the district court's order affirming the decision of defendants, the Honorable James Miller and the County Court of Douglas County, that denied plaintiff's motion to dismiss the criminal charges against him on speedy trial grounds.
