Mother appeals from a custody award giving her physical custody of one teenage daughter and father physical custody of the other teenage daughter. ORS 109.103; ORS 107.137. Father cross-appeals. Mother argues that it is in the best interests of both girls to be placed with her. Father also seeks custody of both children. We review de novo, giving proper weight to the trial court's ability to observe the witnesses, and affirm on appeal and reverse...
