Arturo Cano appeals his judgments and sentences for ten separate sexual offenses, including two counts of capital sexual battery. We affirm and write to discuss two issues. We conclude that the trial judge was not required to disqualify himself from ruling on the motion to suppress merely because he was the magistrate who issued the earlier search warrant.
