In this quiet title action, Ralph and Claudia Alldredge appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Deborah Heg by which the trial court ruled that a recorded but unopened easement for ingress, egress, access, and road purposes is appurtenant to Heg's real property. The Alldredges contend that genuine issues of material fact preclude summary judgment as to whether the easement was abandoned and, if a trier of fact should find that it has not...
