Defendant appeals his convictions for possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(4)(a), and criminal trespass in the second degree, ORS 164.245. He argues that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of previous unrelated incidents in which he allegedly tried to dispose of materials related to crack cocaine use and in convicting him of second-degree trespass.
