This matter is before the court on the motion of debtor-defendant Stanislaw Brzakala to dismiss the amended complaint of plaintiffs Tadeusz and Janina Bednarsz. The complaint asks this court to find Brzakala's $81,620 debt to the Bednarszes nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (B).
