Pursuant to a plea agreement, Juan Victor Aguirre pled guilty to the offense of sexual assault. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.011(a)(2)(A) (West Supp.2004). The trial court deferred adjudication and ordered community supervision for a period of ten years.
