¶ 1. On March 19, 2003, a jury in the Circuit Court of Noxubee County convicted Christopher L'Amont Little of murder and aggravated assault. Little was sentenced to a term of life in prison for the murder charge and ten years for the aggravated assault, to run consecutively with the life sentence, all to be served in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
