Bipin Patel appeals the judgment, following trial without a jury, ordering George Pate to "immediately transfer [to him] the requisite amount of shares in [Swaminarayan, Inc.] evidencing ... [7%] ownership interest [in the corporation] and that [Mr. Patel] be entitled to all of the rights, obligations and benefits of said ownership interest." Mr. Patel is dissatisfied with the judgment because his petition claimed that he had loaned money...
