Michael Maguire (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that denied him benefits for a hearing loss that Claimant believes was caused by his exposure to occupational noise at Chamberlain Manufacturing Company (Employer).
