This appeal is brought by the appellant, Rex Bradford, from a judgment and commitment order sentencing him to three five-year sentences to be served consecutively. Bradford asserts that the trial court erroneously sentenced him, sua sponte, to consecutive sentences in violation of a plea agreement and an earlier pronouncement of sentence in open court.
