This case is back after remand to the district court for additional findings on a sentencing guideline issue involved in Suna Felix Guy's appeal from his 125 month sentence for aggravated sexual abuse. On his appeal Guy claims that the district court erred by enhancing his sentence two levels for serious bodily injury to his victim.
