Leonard C. Matson appeals a judgment of conviction for child abduction and burglary, both as a repeat offender, and from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Matson argues that the investigating detective's letter to the sentencing court asking for the maximum sentence undermined the State's sentencing recommendation under the plea agreement.
