In this interlocutory appeal, the State appeals the dismissal of a first-degree murder charge brought against the defendant, Trevor Corbett. At the conclusion of the preliminary hearing, the district court dismissed the case, concluding there was probable cause a felony had been committed but insufficient evidence presented to establish the crime was committed by Corbett. The State contends the court erred when it determined that the evidence was insufficient...
