I. INTRODUCTION

Linda Vukmir appeals the superior court's holding that she is responsible for the mortgage debt on her father's home, which she purchased by exercising an option bequeathed to her in her father's will. We affirm the superior court's assignment of the mortgage debt to Linda because we conclude that the language of the will clearly states that the heirs were not responsible for the debt in the event...
