On January 31, 2003, the Court entered an Order granting Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and denying Defendant Commonwealth Edison Company's (ComEd) cross-motion for summary judment. The subject matter of the aforementioned summary judgment motions was whether Plaintiffs are paid on a salary basis as described and determined under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law.
