Walter and Evelyn Langdon appeal from the trial court's judgment denying their claims for rent and possession and unlawful detainer against United Restaurants, Inc. The Langdons contend: 1) the court erroneously interpreted the percentage rent provision in the parties' commercial lease agreement; and 2) the evidence is insufficient to prove the Langdons waived and were estopped from claiming any breach by United.
