Plaintiff Bernhardt, L.L.C. ("Plaintiff) brings this action against Defendant Collezione Europa USA, Inc. ("Defendant") alleging that Defendant infringed upon six of Plaintiffs patents which claim ornamental designs of individual pieces that are part of a suite of furniture named the "Coronado Collection."
